Terms and Conditions for Combat Splat Paintball

Minimum Age Requirement

All participants must be at least 10 years old to engage in paintball activities at Combat Splat Paintball.

Timings

We kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session, which begins at either 9:30 AM or 12:30 PM. This will allow ample time for signing in, equipping yourself with gear, and attending a mandatory safety briefing before the games start. Late arrivals may miss some game opportunities.

Food

If you have added pizza to your booking, it will be served at 12:10 PM for afternoon sessions. Please arrive by 12:00 PM for these sessions. For morning sessions, pizza will be served shortly after games end. Note that we require pizza orders to be placed at least 48 hours in advance, so please submit any orders or changes by this deadline. During full-day bookings that include pizza, you will be responsible for the cost of pizzas ordered for no-shows if you do not inform us of changes in the number of players. Please notify us in advance of any allergies; we will do our best to accommodate dietary needs. Some pizzas may incur additional costs due to larger gluten-free bases.

Clothing

We provide overalls and protective equipment on the day. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing underneath the overalls and appropriate footwear, such as trainers or boots, as the game zones consist of woodland and field areas that can be muddy, especially in winter. Please note that we do not have changing facilities on-site.

Health and Safety Information

By participating at Combat Splat, you acknowledge that paintball is a potentially dangerous activity that requires caution. You are responsible for your own actions, including keeping your goggles on at all times and being mindful of your movements within our premises. Failure to follow these guidelines may lead to exclusion from games, and no refunds will be issued in such cases. 

By participating, you agree to play at your own risk and adhere to the safety rules discussed during the briefing and displayed in the reception area. The following individuals are prohibited from participating in games:

  • Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  • Anyone who is pregnant

  • Anyone who has undergone surgery in the past 12 months that could be aggravated by paintball

  • Anyone receiving medical treatment for conditions that may be exacerbated by paintball, including high blood pressure, epilepsy, back problems, neck issues, or any heart condition

  • Anyone suffering from other conditions that may be aggravated by paintball

Behaviour

You are responsible for your own behaviour; parents are responsible for the behaviour of their children under 18. Any breach of safety rules or aggressive behaviour towards other players or staff will result in removal from the premises, and no refunds will be provided.

Payment

If you have paid only a deposit, the remaining balance is due on the day of your session, payable by cash or card. Deposits are non-refundable if changes are not communicated at least 7 days prior to the event. You may reschedule your booking to an alternative date, subject to availability. If you do not attend your session without prior notice, any amounts paid will be forfeited. If you wish to add more players to your booking, please inform us in advance, as we cannot guarantee availability on busy days.

Minimum Player Requirement

A minimum of 12 players is required on-site to conduct a session, which can include players from multiple groups. If we do not have 12 players booked at least 5 days before the event, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.

Age Group Separation

We strive to keep players under 16 years old separated from adult groups. However, this is contingent on the exact numbers booked on the day and cannot be guaranteed.

Exclusive Bookings

Unless otherwise specified, you will be playing with other groups on the day. For larger groups of 30 or more, we can offer exclusive games, which must be arranged in advance.
